Do we need another Agile event?

Unlike a conference or gathering which sometimes only scratches the surface on topics, the Agile Coaching Retreat provides the opportunity to deep dive and immerse in a topic for the entire duration of the retreat. There are no presentations or workshops, instead you will get to define the problems that you want to solve and then work with a team of fellow Scrum Masters, change agents, agile coaches and CTC/CEC/CSTs for 2 days towards solving the problem. The outcome of the work is anything that you define. To give you some idea, in past retreats, the teams have created agile games, product canvases, leadership assessment toolkits, to name a few. Some participants take on the work past the retreat and continue to evolve it. Some have even presented the work in conferences as well.

Fresh Insights & Fun

Sharing ideas with some of the most experienced Scrum coaches in the world gave me fresh insights into my own work. And it was fun!

Compassion & Community

It was a fantastic experience. It was the first time since embarking on my Agile adventure that I felt like I wasn’t the only one going through the challenges and difficulties I and my teams were experiencing.

Sam Birkinshaw
Intense Collaboration

The best part of a retreat for me is to collaborate with experienced coaches intensively, which is a great learning and networking opportunity. We seldom have chance to work this way with so many experts.
